• Fair Budgeting: Set an honest budget for the task. The system enforces the 50% Rule: Tiradors cannot submit bids lower than 50% of your listed budget.
• Photo Context: Upload clear photos of the task or location so workers can submit accurate estimates.
• Free Allowance: Standard accounts can manage up to 2 active (In Progress) tasks concurrently.

2. Reviewing Proposals & Choosing the Right Worker

• Gold PRO Badge: Highlights dedicated workers subscribed to Tirador Pro who maintain high platform availability.
• Reliability Score (R-Score): Displays the worker's historical completion rate (95–100% indicates exceptional reliability).
• Community Trust Tiers: Earned badges ranging from Newbie to Established Account, Trusted by Community, and TiiRADA Rockstar.
• Immediate Chat: As soon as you accept a bid, in-app messaging opens instantly to coordinate arrival time and specifics.

3. Direct Settlement (0% Commission)

• Pay your worker directly upon satisfactory job completion via Cash, GCash, or Maya.
• TiiRADA takes 0% commission from worker earnings.
• Once paid, mark the job as Completed in the app and exchange mutual photo reviews to build local trust.

• 10-Bidder Slot: Each gig accepts up to 10 proposals to prevent overwhelming the client. Bid promptly when relevant tasks appear.
• The 50% Rule: Bids must be at least 50% of the client's budget to protect fair labor rates across our community.

3. Daily Bids, Midnight Reset & Bidding Economy

• 3 Free Bids Daily: Every standard account receives 3 free connection bids every day.
• Midnight Reset: Your 3-bid counter automatically resets every night at 12:00 AM local time (PHT).
• Native Home & Feed Ads: Standard free accounts see subtle, non-intrusive local partner sponsor cards in the home feed and marketplace.
• Tirador Pro & Extra Bids: Workers seeking unlimited daily proposals, top ranking, and an ad-free experience can upgrade to Tirador Pro (₱299/mo) or purchase flexible reserve bid packs.

4. Protecting Your R-Score & Authority Layer

• Only bid on tasks you can fulfill. Missing confirmed appointments ("No-Shows") severely harms your Completion Rate.
• Earn verified reviews through Mutual Proof: both you and the client submit ratings and photo evidence of completed work.

• In-App Communication: Coordinate task details and price confirmations inside TiiRADA chat to preserve a verifiable record.
• Direct Settlement Upon Completion: Inspect completed work before transferring payment directly via Cash, GCash, or Maya.
• In-App Purchases (Google Play Only): Google Play billing in TiiRADA is exclusively for optional software upgrades (TiiRADA Pro) and Pay-As-You-Go Packs. It is never used for gig labor payouts.
• Mutual Photo Proof: High-trust verification requires reciprocal reviews with attached before/after photos.
