TiiRADA is a local gig and hiring platform. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you sign up, post gigs, bid, message other users, submit documents, or use location-based features.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, username, email address, password hash, and verification status.
- Profile details you submit, including barangay-related information, phone number, service identity, and profile photo.
- Gig, bid, message, review, and notification records created through normal app use.
- Location information when you use features that require your current position.
- Uploaded files such as profile images, review proof photos, payment proof photos, and identity or supporting documents.
- Technical and security data such as device push token, app version, basic request logs, and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To power gig posting, bidding, hiring, messaging, reviews, notifications, and moderation workflows.
- To verify identity, review trust-related submissions, and investigate reports or abuse.
- To improve reliability, diagnose errors, and maintain platform safety.
Location and documents
Some features depend on location to match nearby gigs or show relevant activity. Document uploads and review proof photos are used for legitimacy, moderation, and trust review. Submitting fake or misleading materials may result in account action or referral to proper authorities when legally required.
Sharing
- We share visible profile, gig, bid, review, and message information only as needed for core platform interactions.
- We may use infrastructure providers for hosting, email delivery, file storage, notifications, maps, and analytics/security operations.
- We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or safety and fraud investigations.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce rules, meet legal obligations, and preserve platform integrity. No online system can guarantee perfect security, but TiiRADA uses reasonable technical and operational controls to protect stored information.
Your choices
- You can update profile information from within the app.
- You can request account deletion using the in-app account controls.
- You can manage notification and certain privacy preferences inside the app.
