Delete Account and Associated Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your TiiRADA account and what data is deleted or retained.
How to request deletion
- Open the TiiRADA app and go to Settings > Privacy.
- Select Close Account.
- Enter your current password to confirm the request.
- If you have an active gig, accepted bid, or pending report, resolve it first before the account can be closed.
What is deleted
- Your account status is changed to closed and your login session is invalidated.
- Your profile data is sanitized, including name, phone number, address fields, location data, and service details.
- Your profile photo and identity/supporting document attachments are purged.
- Associated app records tied to the account are removed through the app's normal deletion flow, including user-created content where applicable.
What may be retained
We may keep certain records when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or internal audit purposes. Some technical logs and backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten according to system retention practices.
