Delete Account and Associated Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your TiiRADA account and what data is deleted or retained.
How to request deletion
- Open the TiiRADA app and navigate to Settings > Privacy.
- Select Close Account.
- Enter your current password to confirm the request.
- If you have an active gig, accepted bid, or pending report, resolve it first before the account can be closed.
What is deleted
- Your account status is changed to closed and your active authentication sessions are invalidated.
- Your profile data is sanitized, including name, phone number, address fields, location data, and service details.
- Your profile photo and identity/supporting document attachments are permanently purged from object storage.
- Associated app records tied to the account are removed through the app's normal deletion flow, including user-created content where applicable.
What may be retained
Certain transaction, moderation, security, and dispute records may be preserved in restricted operational archives where necessary to prevent re-registration by bad actors, comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations, or defend against active claims.
