These terms govern your use of TiiRADA. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow these rules and use the service responsibly.
Platform role
TiiRADA connects clients and tiradors for local gigs and services. TiiRADA is not the direct employer, contractor, or guarantor of work quality, payment completion, legality, or user conduct.
User obligations
- Provide truthful account and profile information.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit fake, altered, or misleading documents.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or dangerous activity.
- Respect other users, community safety, and local law.
Gigs, payments, and disputes
- Clients and tiradors are responsible for their own agreements, scheduling, work quality, and payment arrangements.
- TiiRADA may provide records, reports, review signals, or moderation action, but does not guarantee dispute resolution.
- Closed-testing or dormant features may be limited, disabled, or changed without notice.
Moderation and enforcement
We may review reports, restrict accounts, remove content, or preserve evidence where needed to enforce platform rules, protect users, or comply with legal obligations. Serious fraud, falsification, or safety violations may be escalated to proper authorities.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiiRADA is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, user behavior, or commercial outcome.
